A Palm Beach couple is seeking community assistance after their electric motorbike was stolen from their property on 25th Avenue earlier today. Emily Warner, the partner of the bike’s owner, took to social media to share details of the theft, which occurred just a half-hour before her post.
The stolen bike is a purple Surron electric motorbike, a unique model easily recognisable in the local area. According to Emily, the man who took the bike was seen walking it along the Gold Coast Highway before riding off. He was accompanied by another man wearing a grey hoodie, both with their hoods up. The two suspects were last seen detouring off the highway.
Emily and her partner are working closely with police and are in the process of reviewing security footage from their property and surrounding areas.
Emily expressed the devastating impact of the theft on her boyfriend, who had worked tirelessly to save for the bike. Despite the frustration and heartbreak, their primary focus is on recovering the bike, with no desire for legal repercussions or financial compensation.
“We just want the bike back,” Emily wrote. “No money, no repercussions… but if we don’t get it, watch your back.”
Residents of Palm Beach and those traveling along the Gold Coast Highway near 25th Avenue are particularly encouraged to check their cameras from earlier today.
If you have information, you can message Emily directly or contact local authorities.
